As in the conference tradition, oral contributions will be selected among the abstracts submitteed before July 1. Abstracts not selected or not applying for oral presentation will be considered for poster presentation,
until July 1 together with the late submitted contributions
In any case a notification of acceptance will be sent by July 17.
how to write the abstract: One page (A4) abstracts are allowed, please indicate during submission before July 1 your oral/poster preference.

publication of the contributions: As in the conference tradition, the Steering Committee at the Conference will consider the possibility to publish some of the contributions in a special issue of a regular journal.
