SPONSOR & EXHIBITORS

Part of the poster area will be reserved to stands for instrumental exhibitions, opened during all the conference time. The poster room is in Adriana Hall.
Different sizes of stands will be available according to the exhibitors' needs, from a simple desk and poster board to several panels, a large table and a workstation were instruments can be installed and operated. Exhibitors' fee will vary depending on the two different sizes of the stand (400 euro + VAT & 800 euro +VAT)
Exhibitors and sponsors are kindly requested to contact directly the conference secretariat (EMSLIBS@enea.it ) in order to organize their participation.  Should large exibition stands be required (maximum 5) an earliest contact is recomended.

A Vendor session will be organized during the afternoon of September 28. Please select if you intend to participate to the vendor section in the registration form http://grupposymposia.onlinecongress.it/emslibs2009

We also accept sponsorship for:	coffee break (1.000 euro) welcome drink (800-1600 euro partial/total) partial contribution to social event (1000 euro each) prize for the best poster (up to the sponsor wish)
Sponsors are kindly requested to contact the Conference Secretariat for the above payment and send your logo so that we can include it in the web site of the conference and in the book of abstract in order to acknoledge their participation and their contribution to the conference.
