GUIDELINES FOR ABSTRACT SUBMISSION
	The abstract, as attached file in Adobe PDF format (www.adobe.com), must be sent by e-mail to eclim@frascati.enea.it and the e-mail text should indicate the preferred form of presentation (oral or poster). The abstract filenames should include one of the authors name. The Conference Organization Committee recommends a filename that includes the full surname and the initials of the first author joined with the acronym of the affiliation. The extension has to be “.pdf” (e.g. the paper having as first author John Ross Ewing of the Dallas Southfork Ranch should be saved as “ewingjrdsr.pdf”’). The Conference Organization cannot guaranties the processing of files having names containing generic words (as “eclim.doc”, "paper.xxx", "finalvers.xxx", etc.) or having a format different from the required one (ADOBE PDF). The abstract (containing header, body text and footer) must be limited to one A4 page with margins set at: top=3cm, bottom=2cm, left=3cm, right=3cm. The header (center aligned, single spaced) should include the title (bold, times-14 font) followed, after a blank line, by the author’s name (plain text, times-12 font) and, after a blank line, by the name and e-mail address of the speaker (who is also the contact person). The body text (justified, single spaced, plain text, times-12 font) should be separated from the header by two blank lines. The footer (justified, single spaced, plain text, times-10 font) should be separated from the body text by at least two blank lines and must contain the author’s affiliations and, separated by two blank lines, a few key words for classification.
