The conference organization places a projection system with two desktop configurations to the speaker disposal. Attendees interested to use this facility must put their presentation on a properly prepared CD that can be tested, the day before the presentation, in a replica of the system working in the conference room.
For platform not reported in the table below, speakers will use their own computer to be tested, the day before the presentation, with a replica of the projector working in the conference room.

Regardless of the results of their tests, the speakers are responsible for being ready to present. All authors are warmly suggested to bring also a copy of their presentation on viewgraphs.

All speakers should bring a hard copy of their talk as a backup. Our staff will not be able to make hardcopies or viewgraphs. There will be a copy machine available and a printer for use by participants.
