PAPERS

The ECLIM concept follows the trend that each author is responsible for his own contribution so that practically all papers submitted within the framework of the conference topics are accepted. Presentations are arranged as invited, oral or poster sessions by the Local Scientific Committee.

ABSTRACTS

The deadline for abstract submissions is no later than June 30, 2004. To speed-up the preparation activity of the Conference program Authors are kindly required to follow the guidelines for abstract submission. The process of abstracts not consistent with the above guidelines may be delayed during the preparation activity of the Conference program. The abstracts will appear for the first time in a book distributed to registered attendees at the Conference.

PROCEEDINGS

The registered ECLIM attendees will receive a XXVIII ECLIM CD Proceedings with all papers presented at the Conference. In order to be included in the ECLIM CD proceedings, papers must be sent to : C. Strangio C. R. ENEA Frascati Via E. Fermi, 45 00044 Frascati - RM ITALY not later than September 26, 2004. For each paper three hard copies of manuscript and a CD containing the Adobe PDF version, prepared according to the guidelines for paper editing, are required.

PUBLICATION ON LASER AND PARTICLE BEAMS

A number of selected papers will be published in the Laser and Particle Beams Journal. Only papers having a length within five pages of the Journal will be peer-reviewed for publication. The Conference Organization will notify by e-mail to the contact person acceptance and referee's comments. Within the following ten days, the final version of manuscript, in the format required for publication on Laser and particle Beams, has to be returned, by e-mail, to the Conference Organization as attached MS WORD and PDF files. In the final version preparation, Authors should take into account that there is a fee for colored figures and the paper length must be maintained within five pages of the Journal.
