REGISTRATION & FEE

All ECLIM Attendees have to register. Registration can be done in advance at a reduced rate, or at the Conference desk at full rate. There will be no waiver of the Conference fee payment. Advance registration payment at the rate of 450 Euro per participant, no later than August 10, 2004 is preferred and can be made payable to:

CANCELLATION AND REFUND

Registration fees are entirely refundable if a request is made before July 31, 2004. If a request is received between July 31 and September 3, 2004 all fees will be refunded except for 50 Euro service charge. The request must be made by writing to:

Registration payment at the rate of 480 Euro will be possible at the Conference Desk on Sunday September 5, 2004 from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. and Monday September 6, 2004 from 8:00 to 11:30 a.m. by:

Payments by Credit card are also accepted with an extra charge of a 2%.

Students having a letter of credence from a Tutor or from an affiliation Institute can register for the ECLIM at rate of 300 Euro at any time adopting one of the above listed options.

The fee covers admittance to the XXVIII ECLIM, all Conference services, coffee and refreshments during morning and afternoon breaks, traditional social events such as the Welcome Party on Monday afternoon and the Banquet on Wednesday evening. Accompanying guests are welcomed to attend the social events and can buy guest tickets at a cost of 100 Euro for both the Welcome Party and the Banquet. Guest Tickets can be obtained only for one of the scheduled social events if required. Guests must register by Monday 10:00 a.m. for the Welcome Party and by Tuesday 10:00 a.m. for the Banquet.

The ECLIM Attendees are responsible for their travel arrangements, hotel reservation, registration fee payment and visas. Financial support for travel, hotel and registration expenses will not be available from the Conference organization.
