The entrusted task is to maintain an independent critical evaluation capability on energy oriented ICF (IFE) in the context of the ENEA-EURATOM Association. The technical activities of the ICF Physics and Technology group include experiments with the Frascati ABC facility, IFE relevant theoretical studies , code development and numerical simulations (CoMo&CoBi codes). In the frame of a co-operation with the National Industry, technological development on target fabrication and studies on rising topics related to laser ICF drivers are also done.
